Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. The successful candidate will provide professional bar service, prepare a variety of cocktails, wines, and beverages, and ensure a high standard of customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards.
• Engage customers with professionalism, warmth, and friendliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout shifts.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory, ensuring supplies are replenished as needed.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices and club policies.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Bartending, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in bar service, preferably in a club, hotel, or fine-dining environment.
• Solid knowledge of beverages, including classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
