Barista

A Persian-inspired fine dining restaurant and licensed venue located in Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join its hospitality team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences while preparing high-quality coffee and specialty beverages.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring every beverage is prepared to the highest standards while providing friendly and professional customer service. Candidates currently based in the UAE with previous barista experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, specialty beverages, and other drinks.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming guest experience.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area.

• Ensure beverages are prepared consistently according to quality standards.

• Assist with beverage inventory and maintain hygiene and food safety standards.

• Support restaurant operations and collaborate with team members during busy service periods.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.

• Excellent coffee preparation and beverage-making skills.

• Professional, friendly, and guest-focused attitude.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Experience working in a licensed venue is an advantage.

• Knowledge of mixing alcoholic beverages is a plus.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
