We are seeking a dynamic and high-energy Bar Manager to lead bar operations in a fast-paced Dubai nightlife environment. This role requires someone experienced in managing high-volume bars and nightclubs, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving bar performance. The ideal candidate thrives during late-night operations and can lead a high-performing bar team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
- Manage a high-performing bar team and maintain guest satisfaction across VIP and table service environments.
- Drive bar performance through commercial strategies and cost control measures.
- Maintain strong presence on the bar floor, particularly during peak hours.
- Deliver premium beverage service and uphold high standards in mixology and guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years bar experience and 5 years overall hospitality experience.
- Proven nightclub or high-volume lounge experience in Dubai (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Dubai nightlife market and trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Guest-focused, commercially driven, and confident managing VIP environments.
