Job Title: Head Baker – Artisan Bakery

Key Responsibilities

  • Production: Mix, shape, and bake signature breads and pastries.
  • Quality: Oversee product finishing, glazing, and decorative details.
  • Leadership: Supervise the bakery team and ensure strict HACCP / safety compliance.
  • Operations: Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and workspace sanitation.

Experience

3+ years of experience plus a Baking / Pastry Certificate.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of diverse pastry techniques.
  • A creative, team‑oriented, and initiative‑driven mindset.
