About Us

Dotok Communications LLC is a rapidly expanding telecom company in Dubai, committed to delivering customized communication solutions. We are looking for passionate, detail-oriented, and driven individuals to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle pre-verification before plan activation
  • Manage billing calls and customer billing clarifications
  • Conduct post-verification/welcome calls after activation
  • Perform credit verification for mobile plan eligibility
  • Maintain accurate data handling and documentation

Requirements

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to handle customer calls professionally
  • Basic knowledge of telecom processes is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Data analytical skills preferred
  • Candidates on their own visa will be preferred
