Key Responsibilities
- Handle pre-verification before plan activation
- Manage billing calls and customer billing clarifications
- Conduct post-verification/welcome calls after activation
- Perform credit verification for mobile plan eligibility
- Maintain accurate data handling and documentation
Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to handle customer calls professionally
- Basic knowledge of telecom processes is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Data analytical skills preferred
- Candidates on their own visa will be preferred
