Job Description:
Customer Service :
Manage client records, documentation, and internal database systems
Proactively follow up with clients for compliance, licensing, and documentation requirements
Coordinate with UAE Free Zone authorities, government departments, and banks
Handle PRO-related tasks including submissions, approvals, and document processing
Manage email correspondence and day-to-day client communication
Arrange and coordinate client meetings and service requests
Ensure timely execution of client deliverables and administrative support
Accounting :
Maintain basic bookkeeping and financial records
Prepare invoices and support internal financial reporting
Assist in VAT filing and Corporate Tax filing processes
Handle financial data entry and ensure accuracy of records
Requirements:
Fluent in English (strong written and verbal communication)
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Basic knowledge of accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax
Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with PRO processes and UAE documentation is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 2,500 per month
