Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the retail team to achieve sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and luxury shopping experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store KPIs.
• Ensure high visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Assist with staff coaching, training, and performance development.
• Support inventory control and daily store administration.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in luxury jewellery retail.
• Strong experience in team management and store operations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong client relationship management abilities.
• Mandarin (Chinese) and/or Arabic language skills are preferred.
• Additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
• Passion for luxury retail, fine jewellery, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
