We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Quality Controller to join our expanding Food & Beverage team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about maintaining high standards of food safety and quality while supporting day-to-day production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support quality control processes within the production environment.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, and basic quality control practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to quality checks.
- Collaborate with production teams to uphold food safety standards.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Requirements:
- Educational background in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and quality control practices.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
