Fakih IVF is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Quality to join its team in the Abu Dhabi region. This full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about maintaining quality standards, regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement within a healthcare environment.
The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting quality management systems, coordinating accreditation activities, ensuring compliance with local and international healthcare standards, and working closely with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System (QMS) across departments.
• Coordinate compliance with JCIA, CAP, ISO, and other accreditation standards.
• Prepare departments for internal and external audits and accreditation surveys.
• Ensure compliance with JAWDA, Tasneef, DOH regulations, and other Abu Dhabi healthcare requirements.
• Conduct quality audits, risk assessments, and incident follow-up activities.
• Monitor quality indicators, patient safety goals, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Assist with policy reviews, document control, and quality reporting.
• Support staff training and awareness programs related to quality and patient safety.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Management, or Nursing.
• Previous experience in healthcare quality, accreditation, or regulatory compliance preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting/documentation tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple healthcare facilities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of:
• JCIA, CAP, and ISO standards
• JAWDA, Tasneef, and DOH healthcare regulations
• Audit preparation, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance
