Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement; Deliver monthly and quarterly cement tonnage and revenue targets across the territory, driving both primary distributor sales and secondary retail sell-through to maintain consistent volume and channel balance.
- Distributor Management; Monitor distributor stock levels, order frequency, and off-take patterns to prevent stock-outs and overstocking; support distributors in planning and maintaining adequate supply to serve downstream demand
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of field sales experience, ideally in Cement, Building Materials, Paints, or FMCG.
