Arabic Social Worker (Bilingual – Arabic & English)

Sharjah International Private School is looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Arabic Social Worker who is fluent in both Arabic and English. This role is essential for supporting the emotional, social, and academic wellbeing of students while fostering a safe and positive school environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in school-based social work and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and staff members. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide social support and guidance to students to promote their wellbeing
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to address student needs
• Assist in conflict resolution and offer counseling support as required
• Develop and implement programs or interventions to support student development
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress
• Ensure compliance with school policies and relevant social services regulations
