Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this critical role, you will ensure aircraft airworthiness through meticulous servicing, maintain compliance with training requirements, and uphold schedule integrity. Your expertise will directly support our commitment to safe and punctual operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute scheduled and unscheduled aircraft servicing and maintenance tasks in accordance with approved manuals and regulations.
- Manage personal training compliance and ensure all certifications remain current and documented.
- Maintain schedule integrity by completing work within allocated timeframes while upholding quality standards.
- Perform troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs on aircraft systems and components.
- Document all maintenance actions accurately in technical logs and systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience in a commercial aviation environment.
Certifications and Skills
- Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s license or equivalent technical certification (e.g., EASA Part 66 or KCAA-approved).
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance manuals, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in shift environments.
- Proficiency in using maintenance software and tools.
