Role Overview

Blissful Homes Real Estate is hiring an experienced Real Estate Administrator to support and execute day-to-day brokerage administration across rentals, secondary transactions, and selective off-plan deals.

This role is for someone who already understands Dubai real estate paperwork and processes, including RERA forms, transfer coordination, listing accuracy, and strong client communication. You will work closely with the sales team and management to ensure deals progress smoothly and files stay compliant and organized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction administration and coordination
  • Prepare, review, and manage RERA forms including Form A, Form B, Form F, Form I, and Form U as required
  • Coordinate MOU documentation, deposits, NOC processes, trustee appointments, and transfer scheduling
  • Maintain clean, complete, and audit-ready transaction files
  • Coordinate with clients, agents, developers, trustees, banks, and other relevant parties for smooth execution

Rentals administration
Support tenancy documentation, renewals, and related coordination
Assist with Ejari process support and required documentation flow where applicable

Listings and portal management
Create, upload, update, and maintain listings on Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle
Ensure listing details are accurate, compliant, and up to date including photos, pricing, unit details, and permit information

CRM and reporting
Maintain CRM hygiene: update client records, deal stages, tasks, and notes consistently
Experience with Goyzer is a strong advantage

Office administration support
Handle day-to-day coordination, document control, and internal follow-ups
Support management with trackers, reporting, and general administrative requirements

Requirements

Experience
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Dubai real estate administration (brokerage environment preferred)
Hands-on experience with RERA forms and transaction coordination is required

Knowledge
Strong understanding of Dubai real estate processes and regulatory environment (DLD, RERA, Trakheesi, Dubai REST)
Strong attention to detail, document discipline, and timeline management

Skills
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong client communication and coordination skills
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple files at once
Comfortable with CRMs and property portals
