Mya Digital is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations in Dubai.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Administration

• Manage phone calls and emails, greet guests, and offer refreshments

• Organize and maintain invoices and petty cash records

• Oversee general office operations, including:

o Office maintenance

o Courier and delivery management

o Pantry and stationery supplies

o Tracking and renewing staff-related documents

• Handle travel arrangements, including visa applications, flight bookings, hotels, and transportation

Business Support

• Update and maintain doctor/healthcare provider profiles

• Respond to patient and general inquiries (email, phone, website)

• Maintain and update a calendar of medical events and conferences

• Assist the team with basic website testing and report any issues

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Administrative or Executive Assistant role

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

• Strong clerical and organizational abilities

• Proficiency in standard office software and tools

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

• Bachelor’s degree is an advantage

• Familiarity with the healthcare or medical sector is a plus
