MAYAK Real Estate is looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage office documentation and filing systems
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
Support the sales and management team with administrative tasks
Maintain records and prepare reports when required
Coordinate with clients and internal departments
Location: Business Bay Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Expert in Bayut & property finder handing
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
