Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Administration Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of relevant UAE experience in administrative operations and office coordination.
Preferred OWN VISA/SPOUSE VISA female candidates
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative and office operations
Maintain employee records and attendance
Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
Coordinate with clients, staff, and management
Manage filing systems and documentation
Assist in HR and payroll-related tasks
Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus )
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good organizational and time management skills
