We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage office administration and documentation
• Handle emails, calls, and correspondence
• Maintain records and prepare reports
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Assist management with scheduling and office tasks
Requirements:
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities
• Previous administrative experience is an advantage
