Hiring Alert: Administrative Assistant | Lariba Trading Company – Dubai, UAE

Lariba Trading Company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team and ensure smooth, professional, and efficient office operations with a strong focus on DMCC compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, calls, letters, and courier handling
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for efficient information retrieval
  • Handle data entry, document management, and ensure database integrity
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Order and manage office supplies while liaising with vendors
  • Provide front-desk support and handle basic inquiries professionally
  • Prepare, track, and file invoices, manage petty cash, and assist with financial administration
  • Maintain HR records, including contracts, attendance, and leave tracking
  • Support onboarding documentation for new hires and facilitate smooth integration
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence for management

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of administrative experience in Dubai
  • Mandatory DMCC experience (portal use, compliance documentation, license renewals, or regulatory processes)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work morning shifts in Dubai, UAE
