Accounts & Administration Executive
Company: Aries Interiors LLC
Location: Al Jurf, Ajman, United Arab Emirates

Salary: AED 2,500 per month
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Description

Aries Interiors LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Executive to manage daily accounting, administrative, and office coordination activities. The role requires someone who is organized, dependable, and capable of supporting smooth office operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including invoices, expenses, and payments
  • Handle petty cash management and bank-related documentation
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, LPOs, invoices, and delivery notes
  • Track receivables and payables and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments
  • Maintain proper filing of financial, administrative, and project-related documents
  • Assist with HR-related documentation, attendance, and basic staff coordination
  • Support management with reports, data entry, and general office administration
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and timely completion of assigned tasks

Requirements

  • Language: English is mandatory
  • Other Languages: Hindi, Malayalam, Arabic preferred
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
