Description:
FAFFCO is currently seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented Admin & Document Control Coordinator to join its team in Dubai South. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong administrative capabilities, excellent documentation handling skills, and experience supporting procurement and office coordination functions within a professional work environment in the UAE.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks, maintaining accurate documentation systems, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
This position requires an individual who is proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple office functions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize all company documentation, including files, contracts, invoices, and records in a structured manner
• Maintain proper document control systems, ensuring accuracy, version control, and easy retrieval of information
• Support procurement-related activities, including handling LPOs, supplier coordination, and follow-ups
• Assist in preparing, updating, and maintaining administrative and operational documents
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations and communication flow
• Manage correspondence through email, phone calls, and office communication tools
• Maintain accurate records of office activities, transactions, and documentation logs
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination duties as required
• Ensure compliance with company documentation procedures and internal policies
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely responses and documentation updates
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of UAE experience in administration, document control, or procurement support preferred
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook is required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks including documentation, coordination, and reporting
• Experience handling contracts, invoices, LPOs, and supplier communication
• Must be currently available in the UAE
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
• Candidates must be comfortable working in Dubai South location
