We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Coordinator with warehouse administration/logistics experience who can coordinate customer requirements, maintain accurate records, prepare operational documents, and support smooth inbound and outbound operations.
What we’re looking for:
? 2–3 years of experience in Warehouse Administration / Logistics
? UAE experience in 3PL / warehouse operations preferred
? Coordinate customer instructions for inbound & outbound operations
? Prepare GRN, GDN, stock & inventory reports
? Maintain accurate WMS, SKU & transaction records
? Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales & Finance teams
? Monitor inbound/outbound activities and SLA compliance
