Atom Alloys Facilities Management is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our team!
Location: BurJuman, Dubai
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting operations and financial transactions
- Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial data
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding payments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
