Accountant / Procurement Officer
Location: Dubai, UAE

Original Glass Technical Services LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant / Procurement Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, purchasing, procurement coordination, and administrative support, preferably within the glass, aluminum, or construction industry.
RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of administrative, accounting, or procurement experience.
- Experience in the glass, aluminum, or construction industry is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of accounting software and financial record-keeping systems.
Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
Organizational Skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Purchasing
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, RFQs, supplier negotiations, and purchase order issuance.
- Source materials, tools, and services in line with project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Maintain approved supplier lists, pricing records, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with site, project, and management teams to ensure timely material availability.
Invoicing & Financial Coordination
- Prepare and issue sales invoices based on project progress and delivery milestones.
- Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Follow up on customer payments and assist in month-end financial reporting.
Delivery & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate material deliveries with suppliers, transporters, and site teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites and offices.
- Track delivery notes, GRNs, and related documentation.
- Resolve delivery delays, shortages, and discrepancies with suppliers and logistics providers.
Inventory & Documentation Control
- Maintain stock and inventory records for office and project materials.
- Monitor material usage and support cost control initiatives.
- Ensure procurement, invoicing, and delivery records are properly maintained and auditable.
Vendor & Internal Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison between suppliers, transporters, clients, and internal teams.
- Prepare procurement status reports and cost summaries for management.
- Support operational and administrative functions to ensure smooth business processes.
