Description:
TKI Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Accountant / Finance Officer to join its growing Finance Team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals who have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical abilities, and experience managing day-to-day financial operations in a dynamic business environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial reporting, handling accounts payable and receivable functions, and ensuring compliance with VAT regulations. Experience within the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting and finance operations while maintaining accurate financial records.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT requirements and accounting regulations.
• Analyze financial data using Microsoft Excel and prepare management reports.
• Assist with additional finance and administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Hands-on experience using Tally Prime Accounting Software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliation
• UAE VAT compliance, accounting principles, and financial reporting
• Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and financial data analysis
