Medisure Medical Supplies LLC is looking for a skilled and results-oriented Accountant cum Collection Executive to join its team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting and collections activities to ensure operational efficiency
• Manage accounting records, financial transactions, and collection processes
• Supervise and guide team members involved in accounting and receivables management
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger while ensuring transaction accuracy
• Develop and implement collection strategies to improve cash recovery performance
• Monitor collection targets and support healthy organizational cash flow
• Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate supporting documentation
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards, UAE VAT regulations, and company policies
• Support financial control procedures and operational improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in accounting and collections management
• Previous experience in the Medical Supplies, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage financial records and collection activities effectively
• Experience working in a full-time, on-site environment
