Description:

An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin to join a growing interior fit-out company based in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about accounting and administrative operations while looking to build a successful career in a dynamic work environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day financial activities, maintaining accurate accounting records, and assisting with office administration. Candidates with UAE experience are encouraged to apply, while fresh graduates and entry-level professionals with the right attitude and willingness to learn are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records and process daily financial transactions.

• Perform bookkeeping duties and reconcile company accounts.

• Prepare financial reports and assist with payroll-related activities.

• Handle general administrative tasks and coordinate office operations.

• Support the finance and administration team in daily business activities.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of QuickBooks is required.

• UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Fresh graduates and freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage accounting documentation and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
