Description:

iEnglis Languages Institute is expanding its team in Dubai and is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations with accuracy and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean financial records and ensuring smooth accounting processes.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations. The role requires strong attention to detail and hands-on experience with accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions using Tally software (mandatory).

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations.

• Coordinate with internal departments to maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred.

• Proficiency in Tally accounting software is mandatory.

• UAE market experience is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • Tally accounting software operations

    • VAT compliance and financial reporting

    • Basic accounting principles and reconciliations
