Revenue Assurance & Accounting Specialist
Job Summary
This role is responsible for ensuring that all services rendered are accurately billed, revenue is recognized in compliance with accounting standards, and customer accounts are properly reconciled. The position supports Administration by performing routine accounting tasks, including processing invoices, maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate billing for all services rendered.
- Recognize revenue in accordance with organizational policies and applicable accounting principles.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Process invoices and maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and month-end close activities.
- Support the Administration with other accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- CPA Part II certification (in progress or completed).
- At least two (2) years of relevant working experience in accounting or revenue cycle management.
- Certificate of Good Conduct (valid and up-to-date).
- Proficiency in computer skills, with strong experience in Health Management Information Systems (HMIS).
