Accountant

A Landscape Company is searching for an active Junior Accountant to join its team.

Job Description:

• Posting journal entries, processing invoices, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Performing bank reconciliations and assisting in the preparation of income statements and balance sheets.
• Assisting with payroll processing, expense reports, and tax filings (e.g., VAT/TDS) to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintaining accurate electronic and physical financial files and supporting senior accountants during audits.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Preparing quarterly budget under the purview of senior management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures, and federal and state regulations.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting and financial practices
• Fluent in English
• A team player with proven ability to work under Pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge and experience of accounting software.
• Proven working experience in construction field.
