Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Female Accountant to join our team in Ajman Freezone. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with Tally software, along with excellent Excel skills and must have auditing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records in line with accounting principles.
- Prepare and manage Sales Invoices, Purchase Invoices, Quotations, and Proforma Invoices.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor receivables, allocate payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Calculate tax obligations and file VAT returns on a quarterly basis.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
- Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
