AB Developer OAM is expanding! We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations of multiple luxury communities across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Maintain accurate Owners Association records and transparent reporting.
- Operations: Handle accounts payable/receivable and service charge collections.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular audits of bank statements and petty cash.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to RERA regulations and OA financial frameworks.
- Systems Management: Efficient use of AWARE Scan and NoBroker system to streamline reporting and owner communications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Owner Association Management (OAM) for a year or Community Management accounting.
- Strong background in service charge budgeting and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Scan and/or No Broker system.
- Ability to work in a high-performance, detail-oriented team environment.
