RBI C Home is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong expertise in bank reconciliations, final accounts, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), UAE Corporate Tax, and VAT compliance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, supporting payroll and tax-related activities, and ensuring compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Prepare and maintain final accounts and financial statements.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Record daily expenses, purchases, sales, and financial transactions.
• Assist with monthly payroll processing and salary-related accounting.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on customer payments.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management summaries.
• Maintain organized financial records and accounting documentation.
• Support VAT record maintenance and tax submissions.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide required financial information.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and UAE financial regulations.
• Perform additional accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, ZOHO, or similar accounting software.
• Strong experience in Bank Reconciliation, Final Accounts, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Corporate Tax.
• Good knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Good English communication and financial reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and accuracy.
• Experience in inventory-based accounting is preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE accounting practices and statutory compliance is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Bank Reconciliation, Final Accounts, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• UAE Corporate Tax, VAT compliance, and financial reporting.
• Microsoft Excel, Tally, QuickBooks, ZOHO, and accounting documentation.
