Dubai Livin’ Experts, a well-established company specializing in real estate and holiday home services, is currently expanding its team and seeking a proactive and experienced Account Manager to handle finance and accounting operations. This position requires someone who can effectively manage financial reporting, ensure compliance, and support overall business performance.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial processes, preparing accurate reports, and maintaining compliance with local regulations and international standards. A strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations, WPS processes, and accounting standards such as IFRS and IAS is essential for success in this role.
Applicants should have between 3 to 6 years of relevant professional experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within a similar industry. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, as the role involves handling data analysis, reporting, and financial tracking.
Candidates who possess additional language skills in European languages such as Dutch, French, German, Italian, or Spanish will be considered a strong advantage, as this may support communication with international clients and partners.
