We’re looking for someone who can strengthen that foundation in our Dubai studio.
Role: Finance & Operations Executive
Experience: 2–4 years
Location: Dubai
This is not a routine accounting role.
You will work closely with the leadership team to bring structure, visibility, and consistency to the studio’s financial and operational systems.
What you’ll be involved in:
Managing day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and expense tracking
Monitoring project-wise financial performance across multiple locations
Supporting cash flow planning and payment follow-ups
Coordinating with consultants, vendors, and internal teams
Assisting in building systems that improve efficiency and accountability
We’re looking for someone who is:
Detail-oriented and dependable
Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
Able to navigate a fast-paced, multi-project environment
Interested in growing within a design-led, international practice
This role offers direct exposure to how a design studio operates at both a project and business level — and the opportunity to grow with it.
