Avoir is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Recruiters to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition and have strong communication and coordination skills to support end-to-end recruitment processes.

The successful candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates while managing communication across multiple job portals. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic recruitment environment and contribute to building strong hiring pipelines for various clients and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using major job portals and recruitment platforms.

• Screen, shortlist, and evaluate applicants based on job requirements.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently and professionally.

• Maintain candidate databases and ensure proper tracking of applications.

• Support hiring teams in identifying suitable talent quickly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience working with job portals and candidate sourcing tools.

• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.

• Ability to screen candidates and coordinate interviews effectively.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
