Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented, and customer-centric professional to lead and manage key talent cycle areas within HR service delivery. This role will oversee monitoring, reporting, and implementation of strategies, policies, processes, and procedures to drive seamless efficiencies in reward and payroll management, workforce administration, employee benefits management, and exit management. The position ensures alignment with the overall HR strategy and organizational objectives, and includes direct management of a reporting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the talent cycle areas aligned to HR service delivery, ensuring operational excellence.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Implement and maintain HR strategies, policies, processes, and procedures across reward, payroll, workforce administration, benefits, and exit management.
- Drive seamless efficiencies that support both HR strategy and broader organizational goals.
- Manage and develop a direct reporting team, fostering accountability and high performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional membership with IHRM (Institute of Human Resource Management) and a valid practicing certificate.
- Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience as a generalist in HR management.
