Description:

VerityX is expanding its operations and is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for recruitment professionals with a strong agency background who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and successfully managing multiple hiring assignments across diverse industries.

The successful candidate will oversee the complete recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to supporting onboarding activities. You will work closely with clients, candidates, and the Business Development team to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience while building strong talent pipelines across a variety of professional sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding support.

• Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct search methods.

• Screen and evaluate candidates, prepare professional candidate submissions, and coordinate interview processes with the Business Development team.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines across Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Finance, Sales, Legal, Engineering, Compliance, and other professional sectors.

• Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

• Manage multiple recruitment assignments while meeting deadlines and client expectations.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records using ATS and CRM platforms.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a recruitment agency is essential.

• Strong candidate sourcing and engagement skills.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, and Boolean search techniques.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail with a proactive and commercial approach.

• UAE recruitment experience will be considered an advantage.

• Ability to work with urgency while maintaining professionalism and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.

Strong knowledge of:

    • LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms, and Boolean search techniques.

    • Full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, and executive search.

    • Talent pipeline development, stakeholder management, and client relationship building.
