Description:
H&S Real Estate is seeking a creative and highly skilled Real Estate Videographer & Video Editor to join its marketing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a visual storyteller who is passionate about capturing high-quality property visuals and producing engaging digital content for real estate marketing campaigns.
The selected candidate will be responsible for producing professional property videos, editing promotional content, and collaborating with the marketing team to create impactful visual assets. The role requires strong technical skills in videography and editing, along with creativity and attention to detail to enhance property presentations across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Capture high-quality property videos and photography for listings and marketing use.
• Create engaging property tours, promotional reels, and social media content.
• Edit videos for digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and online listings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual content.
• Maintain consistency in branding and visual storytelling.
• Manage and organize raw footage and edited project files efficiently.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in videography and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and storytelling techniques.
• Real estate videography experience is preferred.
• Drone videography experience will be considered an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Video shooting techniques and camera operation.
• Post-production editing and color correction.
• Social media content creation and visual marketing strategies.
