Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Data Analytics & AI Instructor to deliver hands‑on training to our learners. In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with teaching ability to guide participants through real‑world data projects, from data extraction and analysis to deploying AI solutions. You will also contribute to curriculum development and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions on data analytics, AI, and related tools (Python/R, SQL, Power BI/Tableau).
- Guide learners through real‑world projects, ensuring they gain practical experience in data cleaning, analysis, visualization, and machine learning.
- Create and maintain course materials, including labs, assignments, and case studies.
- Provide one‑on‑one mentoring and feedback to students.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practices into the curriculum.
- Support version control workflows (Git) and help learners adopt collaborative coding practices.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to continuously improve course content based on learner outcomes and industry demands.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of hands‑on experience in data analytics or AI applications.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.
- Expert‑level SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI or Tableau) for data visualization.
- Knowledge of AI/ML techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, neural networks).
- Familiarity with version control using Git.
- Project Experience: Demonstrated track record of working on real‑world data analytics or AI projects (provide examples or portfolio).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Teaching or corporate training experience (delivering courses, workshops, or boot camps).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying AI models.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) or big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Professional certifications in data analytics, AI, or education.
