Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, legally astute Human Resource Consultant to manage high-impact operational transformations across our client organizations. Your primary objective is to execute exhaustive institutional audits, identify structural compliance vulnerabilities, and build customized human capital infrastructures from the ground up. This contract position bridges senior-tier executive advisory with intensive documentation design; you will guide client businesses from initial baseline system assessments and manual drafting through to modern recruitment placement and change management frameworks. The role calls for a meticulous, autonomous expert who possesses a deep command of labor regulations and can deliver flawless project outcomes within strict commercial timelines.
Areas of Accountability
Compliance Auditing & Risk Management
- Conduct comprehensive human resource audits across diverse client facilities, identifying structural gaps, operational inefficiencies, and statutory vulnerabilities.
- Review client company policies, employee handbooks, and personnel records to ensure absolute alignment with emerging labor laws and industrial regulations.
- Formulate data-driven corrective action plans and strategic adjustments to protect clients from compliance risks and legal friction.
Institutional Systems & Framework Architecture
- Help client organizations build, staff, and scale fully functional, independent internal human resource departments.
- Design, write, and deploy comprehensive operational policy manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and cultural charters.
- Engineer custom corporate hierarchies, job design frameworks, and resource mapping strategies tailored to specific business scale demands.
Talent Sourcing & Onboarding Governance
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse technical and executive mandates across client businesses.
- Author crisp, market-competitive job descriptions, establish objective candidate matrices, and direct professional interview panels.
- Build structured corporate onboarding systems and strategic retention architectures to ease new-hire assimilation.
Strategic Advisory & Professional Reporting
- Deliver expert, boardroom-level advisory services to client executives covering workforce optimization, structural downsizings, or corporate mergers.
- Train client-side management personnel and internal HR generalists on modern performance tracking methods and employment guidelines.
- Compile and present detailed, executive-ready consultancy reports outlining operational metrics, research findings, and project delivery logs.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum Entry Criteria
- Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a complementary corporate management discipline.
- Consulting Longevity: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive, verified experience operating as an active HR Consultant or senior HR Manager within high-volume, complex corporate environments.
- Technical Mastery: Proven track record leading comprehensive labor audits, system rollouts, and multi-tier organizational structuring schemes.
