Description:
A dynamic organization based in JAFZA, Dubai is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant & Administration Coordinator to support the Head of Administration. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties and requires someone who can act as a trusted support partner in managing executive-level operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily coordination, handling communication, scheduling, and assisting in both administrative and operational tasks. This position demands professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage schedules, meetings, and executive calendars
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
• Handle internal and external communications
• Support office administration and daily operations
• Liaise with stakeholders and ensure timely follow-ups
• Ensure smooth execution of executive tasks and priorities
