Description:
A Dubai-based organization is currently seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to support its growing operations within the fit-out and construction sector. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on recruitment experience in technical and site-based roles and the ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities while building strong talent pipelines for ongoing and upcoming projects. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely hiring and effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for fit-out and construction positions
• Handle candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers and internal teams
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements
• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers
Requirements:
• Proven recruitment experience within UAE fit-out and construction industry
• Strong understanding of technical and site-based roles
• Experience sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct hiring
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
