Description:
Al Zahra Pvt. Hospital Dubai, a trusted name in premium healthcare services, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Oncology Registered Nurse (Inpatient) to join its multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to oncology patients in an inpatient setting.
This role requires strong clinical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively to patient needs in a fast-paced hospital environment. The selected nurse will work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to oncology inpatients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient condition and respond promptly to clinical changes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care requirements
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Valid DHA Eligibility/License
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient oncology nursing experience in an acute care hospital
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Oncology Nursing Care
• Patient Monitoring & Assessment
• Clinical Documentation Standards
