WE ARE HIRING – HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Role
Join our team and play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and operational efficiency. We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead by example and help deliver exceptional housekeeping services across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations and staff assignments.
- Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance of housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and service standards are maintained.
- Train, guide, and support housekeeping staff in performing their duties effectively.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Address customer concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Prepare daily attendance, deployment, and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
- Coordinate with management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping, facilities management, hospitality, or cleaning services.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- UAE Driving License is an advantage.
