Description:
Aldarari HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee large-scale housekeeping operations in a hospital environment in Al Ain. This position is ideal for professionals with extensive supervisory experience in both healthcare and luxury hospitality settings who can maintain exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards.
The successful candidate will lead a large housekeeping workforce, ensure compliance with hospital infection control protocols, conduct quality inspections, and drive operational excellence. Candidates currently residing in the UAE with strong leadership capabilities are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations within the hospital.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of more than 100 housekeeping employees.
• Ensure compliance with hospital infection control procedures and hygiene standards.
• Conduct routine inspections, audits, and quality assurance checks.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with management to improve housekeeping processes and service quality.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping.
• Mandatory experience in both hospital and 5-star hospitality environments.
• Proven experience managing more than 100 housekeeping employees at a single location.
• Strong leadership, team management, and operational planning skills.
• Excellent understanding of housekeeping SOPs, infection control, hygiene standards, and quality assurance.
• UAE work experience is preferred.
• Candidates must currently be residing inside the UAE.
