- A genuine passion for coffee and customer service
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in a café or food-service environment is a plus, but not required
Key Responsibilities
- Craft exceptional espresso-based and pour-over beverages according to our recipes and standards
- Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to every guest
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and maintaining freshness of products
- Educate guests about our coffee origins, brewing methods, and retail offerings
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
