What We’re Looking For
We are hiring for multiple roles—from baristas and shift leads to roastery assistants and café managers. No matter the position, our ideal candidates bring:
- A genuine love for coffee and a desire to learn more about it
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Flexibility to work weekends and early mornings (café roles)
Responsibilities (Vary by Role)
While day‑to‑day duties differ, all team members contribute to our core mission. Common responsibilities include:
- Preparing and serving high‑quality coffee and espresso beverages
- Providing warm, attentive hospitality to every guest
- Maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Assisting with inventory, stocking, and quality control
- Participating in ongoing coffee education and tasting sessions
- Supporting a culture of respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Previous experience in coffee, food service, or retail is a plus but not required—we train the right people
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- A willingness to learn and grow with our company
