Description:
Gulf Education is currently seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Recruiter to support its hiring and talent acquisition activities in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with recruitment knowledge and a passion for identifying and connecting talented professionals with suitable career opportunities.
The successful candidate will assist in sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting initial screenings, and supporting the overall recruitment process. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source potential candidates through job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding recruitment requirements
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
• Schedule interviews and support the hiring process
• Assist in attracting qualified talent for current and future vacancies
Requirements:
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring practices
• Experience in candidate sourcing and screening is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage recruitment tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with online job portals and recruitment platforms
• Experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing is an advantage
• Immediate availability is preferred
