Description:
TVG Migration is currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Visa Sales Consultant to join its growing team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for helping clients navigate visa and immigration processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their visa requirements, and recommending suitable solutions. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving business targets.
Candidates with previous experience in visa consultancy, immigration services, or sales-related roles will be highly valued. The ideal applicant should be confident, professional, and committed to building positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with visa-related inquiries and consultation services
• Promote visa and immigration solutions to prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and applications
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the client journey
Requirements:
• Previous experience in visa consultancy, immigration services, or sales is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong knowledge of:
• Visa application procedures and documentation
• Sales techniques and client relationship management
