Description:

Travelearn Holidays UAE is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals who are passionate about customer service and building positive client relationships.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling inquiries, maintaining effective communication, and supporting day-to-day customer relations activities. Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work in a professional environment are essential for success in this role.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career in the travel and tourism industry while working with a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Maintain positive relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service

• Assist customers with information, documentation, and service-related requests

• Handle English and Arabic typing tasks accurately

• Maintain customer records and update information as required

• Support administrative and customer relations activities

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth customer service operations

• Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary

Requirements:

• Husband Visa, Father Visa, or Own Visa holders are preferred
